The 2022 International SeaPerch Challenge was a success! The 2022 International SeaPerch Challenge took place both virtually and in-person at the University of Maryland, College Park, on June 4, 2022.

The community celebrated the end of the 2021 SeaPerch Season with a virtual culminating event - the 2021 International SeaPerch Challenge!
The event was full of amazing speakers, live Q&A sessions, SeaPerch team competition highlights, the 2021 International SeaPerch Challenge awards, and best of all, connecting with theSeaPerch teams from all over the world. It was a great time celebrating this year's teams and our great community of students, educators, mentors, parents, and partners! We look forward to seeing you next year!

Though we did not have the pleasure of seeing teams conquer the 2020 International SeaPerch Challenge, we continue to be inspired by the stories of resilience and creativity we hear from our SeaPerch community. It was sure to be an exciting year with a new theme, mission course, citizen science projects, and more. Check out the detailed pool course drawings, new engineering process guidelines, and new competition classes that were to be launched this year.

Welcome to the 2019 SeaPerch Challenge! It's sure to be an exciting year with a new challenge course, 200+ incredible teams and much more.
Team registration was held on Friday, June 1st at the MacLean Campus Center, where teams completed their event check-in, ROV compliance review and received their dorm assignments. The International SeaPerch Challenge began on Saturday, June 2nd and culminate with an awards ceremony on Sunday, June 3rd.
